Scalextric Racing and Bubble Car Museum

In November, members paid a visit to see some cars smaller than their own (as if that's possible) during a visit to the Bubble Car Museum at Cranwell in Lincolnshire.  The day was topped off with some even smaller cars in the form of Scalextric racing.  It was great to see the slot-car version of the New 500 in action.

Tenth Anniversary Meet at Brooklands

In October Clubcento celebrated it's tenth anniversary.  Members old and new convoyed to Brooklands, where the club was formed back in 1999.  The wet weather did its best to put us off, but that didn't really matter when birthday cake was on offer in the clubhouse!  We saw Concorde amongst the large collection of aircraft there, and the Morgan Club was also at Brooklands that day, doing runs up the test hill.
